We offer door to door ground transportation throughout most of the United States. Our goal is to provide safe and reliable transportation for your pets. |
Guidelines for Pet Transportation
- Lucky Pets will insure each pet for $100.00
- Services may be paid for through Pay Pal. Please add 3% to the total. Cash is always welcomed and accepted.
- USDA Regulations:
1. Require all dogs and cats to be at
least 8 weeks old in order to travel
across state lines.
2. All animals must have a CVI (Health
Certificate) and if of age (16 weeks or
older) a Rabies Certificate.
- Owners or shipper must supply the following items:
For Dogs: A collar and leash, proper
tags, and enough food to last 2 days
longer than anticipated trip duration.
(Lucky Pets will supply bottled water)
For Cats: A kennel or crate, collar,
name tag, and enough food to last 2
days longer than anticipated trip
duration. Name tag must be attached
to crate. (Lucky Pets will supply bottled water)
All Other Animals: must have proper
containers, name attached to
container and enough food to last 2
days longer than trip duration.
(Lucky Pets will supply all bottled water)
- Lucky Pets must be informed of any and all animals that have medical needs.
- Lucky Pets will administer any needed medications at no extra charge. Owner must supply all medication.
- All animals must be free of parasites in order to be transported. Any animal found to have parasites will be treated before transportation is allowed. This will be done at an additional charge.
- A Veterinarian Emergency release must be signed before transport departure.
